If you are affected by any of the issues raised on this site you can get support from many areas.

NHS – Your local GP is trained to give you support for Mental Health Issues. If you need a more urgent service you can book an emergency appointment with your GP or g0 to the local Accident & Emergency. All services can be found on Find Services or by ringing 111

Samaritans – The Samaritans offer help and guidance to anyone who wants help. To speak to someone 24 hours a day 7 days a week ring 116 123. Other ways of contacting them can be found here.

Mind  Mind have this dedicated page for information on a variety of subjects. They also run two helplines the details of which can be found here.

CALM – The Campaign Against Living Miserably seeks to prevent male suicide through a variety of means. They run a helpline which is open from 5pm-midnight every day which can be reached 0800 58 58 58 Nationwide and 0808 802 58 58 in London.
